Below you will find some frequently asked questions I receive from many of my clients. Does Hannah offer call outs from the salon?
Yes, call outs are available for Bridal/group bookings - for UK Brides this is on the day only (UK trials take place in salon).
There is a minimum fee for call outs, to be eligible for a call out with no extra charge your booking must add up to at least the minimum fee amount, for any parties that do not cover the minimum fee can still book a call out but will need to pay the difference.
Is there parking at the salon?
There are 1 hour parking bays outside/surrounding the salon that operate 9-5 Mon-Sat, outside of these times you can park with no time limits.
Being a town centre salon there is also lots of paid parking within a short walking distance.
How is Hannah different from other makeup artists?
Hannah's aim is to offer a luxury service to all of her clients. She uses only the best products that have been tried & tested by herself & others prior to stocking them in her kit & being a perfectionist, takes her time in the application process to pay close attention to detail. She does her best to ensure you will leave the salon feeling glamorous &Â pampered.
How do I book an appointment/lesson with Hannah?
You can use the contact page on our site to either text/email or fill in the enquiry form. The best way to get a speedy response is to send as much information as possible in your initial message such as:
The date & preferred time you're looking for
The service you would like to book
Your full name, email & contact number (for your client profile)
Hannah takes a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit via email invoice upon booking to secure the slot, please be ready to make your deposit payment within 24 hours (this process is slightly different for bridal bookings).
Lesson FAQs
Can I become a qualified Makeup Artist training with Hannah?
Yes, you can choose from our range of 1 to 1 or group accredited courses to gain a qualification from training with us. The qualification allows you to obtain insurance & professional industry discounts from well known makeup brands.
Do I need to bring a model to my lesson with Hannah?
One to ones:
You can bring your own model on your one to one lesson, but if you can't find one to bring or would like to take advantage of a professional model supplied by your tutor that has been specially selected based on their features & modeling experience to gain the best quality images for your portfolio we can supply one for an extra charge.
Group Courses:
You will bring your own models for practice work during your course but models will be supplied for your assessment.
When do lessons run?
Lessons usually run Tuesday - Thursday within the salon opening hours.
Out of hours lessons available upon request at an additional cost.
Lessons are never available on Saturdays.
How do I book a lesson with Hannah?
You can contact Hannah to request a cause booklet. This will give you prices & information about courses so you can choose your course.
If you're unsure which course is most suitable for you we can advise you depending on your experience & what you're hoping to gain from the course.
Once you have decided on the course you would like to book you can do this directly with Hannah via email, text or Facebook. An upfront deposit payment is required via email invoice (using PayPal or card) to secure your lesson date, this is non-refundable & non-transferable.
Once you have secured your lesson with a deposit your lesson will be booked into the salon system & you will receive a confirmation email with the lesson details.
